AMC, after canceling The Killing twice, realized that its forces couldn't be stopped, so the best strategy was just to let it keep airing in an unpopulated area. Enter Netflix.

Netflix, which partnered with AMC to bring back the show for a second season, will now be the sole distribution channel for the program (unless some weirdo wants to buy the DVDs).

I don't know what the fourth season will be about, but I doubt it's about who killed that girl in the first episode, because if it is...ugh. That's a slow-developing story, even by AMC standards. The final season will be six episodes, so that's rather merciful.

I think a Laura Palmer zombie is probably the only thing that can save this.
