Tey got such a backlash from TDK not getting a nod that the Academy have made it a personal situation and have decided to take it out against him. Last I checked though, the Academy Awards have been great at fucking up everything. Saving Private Ryan < Shakespeare in Love? Anything else < Slumdog Millionaire? It’s a fucking smear campaign against Nolan. Tey got such a backlash from TDK not getting a nod that the Academy have made it a personal situation and have decided to take it out against him.

Last I checked though, the Academy Awards have been great at fucking up everything.
