Because J.J. Abrams is always working on and promoting about 1,000 different projects, it's very difficult for him to lay low and stay quiet about something. FOR INSTANCE...

When he was at the NBC's TCA presentation (supporting his show Believe), it turned out that the press was slightly more interested in the goings on as regard the seventh Star Wars film than they were about some show with a dumb name that J.J. Abrams is trying to trick us into watching by being involved with it.

When asked about the progress of the film, "We’re working really hard and we’ve got our script and we’re in deep prep. Full steam ahead," said Abrams. Whether or not was wearing overalls and a conductor's hat when he said that, then proceeded to make "chuggahchuggah" noises as he shuffled out of the room...that...that wasn't available at press time.

Abrams also confirmed that he had spoken with Jesse Plemmons regarding a role, I believe also merits the "chuggahchuggah" sound effect.
