It turns out we're probably not going to see any more 'Matrix' movies after all. Darn it?
Over the weekend we reported that Keanu Reeves hinted at the possibility of two additional Matrix sequels after a screening in London. Well, it turns out that not only did this not happen, but Keanu Reeves wasn't even in London to make this announcement. Ha! You should have seen the look on your face. The intrepid journalists over at The Playlist took the time to contact Reeves' representatives about this announcement, and they had this to say: “none of it is true…he did not speak nor get an award from the from the London International School Performing Arts.” Whoops! All hope is not lost for you Keanu-in-3D fans out there, since the actor is set to appear in the 3D action-adventure The 47 Ronin, which is set to be released in 2012. Or IS it??
I guess this means I also have to retract my report that Keanu Reeves is an idiot. This is so embarrassing.
