<description>This is disappointing news if it is true. The cultural impact of Michael Jackson’s life, career, music, dance and his death definitely deserve to be the subject of a movie. Spike Lee seemed like the perfect director for such a film. I attended last years “Brooklyn Loves Michael Jackson” party in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park in honor of what would have been Jackson’s 52nd birthday. It was an amazing, uplifting event filled with close to 50,000 people of all ages, races and walks-of-life. That was what Michael Jackson was all about and that is why he is so missed. This deserves a film and I for one hope that this can come to pass.
