A number of writers have sacrificed their brains for the Pride and Prejudice and Zombies script, including David O. Russell and Michael Bacall. No doubt the screenwriters have been copying passages of other zombie movie scripts and Jane Austen books, then pasting ("mashing") them into the script. Now another writer is getting this plumb job on the very buzzy/bloody project.

It makes sense that director Craig Gillespie would want to work with his collaborator on"Fright Night." The story concerns Elizabeth Bennet's battle against zombie hordes, but distracting her is the arrival of one Mr. Darcy.
