It probably won’t gross $100 million, or even make theaters, but it’s nice to report on a movie isn’t a reboot or dulled adaptation. It’s downright sublime when that film contains both Christopher Walken and Lenny Kravitz.
The odd pairing will star in Little Rootie Tootie, a film about a retired jazzman (Walken) and his son (Kravitz). Nice to see that Kravitz is harnessing his Hunger Games momentum for good and not evil.
The film will follow the mourning Walken as he must deal with the reappearance of his son and his son’s wife, eventually getting plagued with erratic behavior and unease.
Huh. Kudos to this cray-cray casting director for combining two really weird flavors to get us to this.
