He’s stating something that will happen in the future. “My nose will grow now” isn’t a lie, more than “I will win the lottery next month” is. Otherwise, pinocchio could have the powers of predicting the future.

if he happened to be under stress while he said that then their would be no paradox also

that takes out the parodox..
your saying it wouldn’t have to happen at that moment and could be at any time in the future.
it would therefore not grow and he would be telling the truth

It can be made to work. Take “Now” out of the statement. Simply put “My nose will grow.” will create a paradox.

Not how it works. If he says that his nose will grow now, and it doesn’t, he is indeed lying. The fact that his nose then begins to grow after the fact makes the nose grow “after now”, thus his nose grows because of the lie after the specific time designated as “now” has passed, and thus does not create a paradox.

And I don’t think there are words in the English language to make the above paradox work.
