You can go ahead and add Phil Lord and Chris Miller to the list of people who don't want to see Ghostbusters 3 happen. Last month, the news that The Lego Movie directors were Sony's top choice to replace Ivan Reitman was the single the ray of light in a production that has always had dark, scary, ominous clouds swirling above it. Today, with the news that Lord and Miller have walked away from the project, comes more darkness as the sequel is back on track to being an awful decision.

The decision to walk away stems from their desire to keep their options open. Which obviously means they didn't want Bill Murray thinking they suck. That's an important life goal for all of us. (Jeff Sneider)
