So far, we’ve had a few looks at Superman‘s boyhood home and a downtown area that gets to’ up but now we have a glimpse of the man himself. Check out the first image of Henry Cavill as the Man Of Steel below. We’re not sure if it is a still image or just a super slow-motion shot courtesy of Snyder. Stupid shield — looks like body armor — compensating for something? Superman is supposed to be a super man, with muscles. The puffy plastic emblem was a bad idea before and it’s a bad idea now.
Stupid suit, too. Busy suit fabric texture was stupid in Spider-Man, stupid in Superman Returns, and stupid today.
In short, real heroes don’t use plastic injection molding machines.
