Mia Wasikowska had a busy 2010 with Alice in Wonderland and The Kids Are All Right, and it doesn't look like 2011 will provide any respite for this poor girl and her hard life. Despite protests from human rights' groups all over the world, Wasikowska is set to appear in Stoker, the English-language debut of Oldboy director and iPhone user Park Chan-wook, and The Wettest Country in the World, a prohibition drama from director John Hillcoat.

Her tiny arms quivering from overexertion, Wasikowska appeared before the press and said"I am very happy to have the opportunity to work with these fine filmmakers. I am also hungry, please help me." She was then hurriedly rushed backstage where multiple spectators reported hearing angry shouting and sobbing.

Wasikowska's next movie is Jane Eyre, which is going to be released into theaters on March 11. If the early returns look good enough, it has been reported that she will be allowed to go outside for an hour or two if she promises to stay quiet. (Collider)
