Malick’s Next Film To Feature Pretty White People & A Wheatfield

Wednesday, February 23 by

Terrence Malick is a busy man. His latest, Tree of Life, opens on May 23rd, and looks to be every bit as lush, beautiful, and philosophical as his classic works like Badlands. But an impending release date isn’t keeping the director from barreling forward, as his next film, an untitled romance starring Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams, has already been shot. Javier Bardem and Olga Kurylenko will also star, and while the plot is top secret, you can be sure it’ll feature life, love, ruminations on our very existence as people, and of course, backyard swings. The first image from the film can be seen below. (Hollywood Reporter)

Really, something wrong with white people? Having white people in a movie is worth mentioning for you Horwitz. Why is that?
