Joseph Gordon-Levitt Is NOT Alberto Falcone (For Real)

Monday, March 21 by

Welp, looks like we’re going back to no knowing which goofy Batman villain Joseph Gordon-Levitt will reinvent and make terrifying in The Dark Knight Rises. Yesterday’s reports that he’ll play Alberto Falcone aka the Holiday Killer are now being protested as false.

Which means we can continue to speculate about this and argue with our friends when our wives and girlfriends aren’t around. It also means there remains a good chance he may play a young butler competing for Alfred’s job with unorthodox and unethical butling. I’ll be really let down if there isn’t a twenty-minute Butler Olympics sequence randomly jammed in the movie. It would still be better for the flow of the plot than The Dark Knight‘s side-trip to Shanghai. (EW)

I think he is the only actor on earth who could possibly take over the role of the joker and do a decent job…he even looks similar to Heath

i bet they are trying to think of the kind of character he can put on and careful at the same time not to overshadow the lead actor… but he can be a very interesting force to reckon with, acting wise and his versatility might derail our affection from our superhero batman to his…just an opinion anyway and besides what’s all this fuss about him if he is not that important at all? it’s like this TDKR will not really be interesting without him in it.too much pressure for him i think, poor guy.

um, the side trip was not a total waste since it sets up the entire end of the movie with the whole cell phone signal thing….
