Steve Carrell is leaving"The Office." John Krasinski is also most-likely leaving "The Office," but just briefly to work on an indie movie. You'll still have ol' Jim around next season to look at the camera knowingly, and keep the conversation about that baby going.

Krasinski is in talks to star in Nobody Walks, along with Rosemarie Dewitt ("United States of Tara") and Olivia Thirlby (the best friend in Juno). The film is about a young artist who disrupts the life of a Los Angeles family by moving in with them. Since it's Los Angeles, I assume the artist ruins the family by getting everyone addicted to cocaine. The film is co-written and directed by Ry Russo-Young (You Won't Miss Me) - her co-writer is Lena Dunham (Tiny Furniture).

You can next see Krasinski in the rom-com Something Borrowed. Or, y'know, don't. (Variety)
