Jason Sudekis To Join Zach Galifianakis And Owen Wilson In ‘Napoleon Dynamite’ Director’s Heist Comedy

That's Sudekis on the right.

In what sounds to be just a slightly different take on Horrible Bosses with slightly schlubbier dudes, Jason Sudekis is in final talks to john Zach Galifianakis, Kristen Wiig, ¬†and Owen Wilson in Loomis Fargo. The film, directed by Napoleon Dynamite‘s Jared Hess, follows the true story of an armored car driver who was in on a heist, was betrayed, and then was dead set about getting even with his cohorts.

Deadline called the film a “comedy” in its headline, then a drama in the first sentence of its article. GET IT TOGETHER, DEADLINE! I can’t imagine a scenario in which this is a straight drama, but I could see some Bottle Rocket-type elements to it that could blur the line.

Here’s to hoping that this film is a little more Napoleon Dynamite than Gentlemen Broncos. Or better yet, something better than both those films were.
