Finally, A Movie More Ridiculous Than ‘Cowboys & Aliens’
A robot would obviously win in a fight against a zombie, right? Well,what if that zombie were an intelligent zombie? Think about that.
That’s exactly the question that the film Inherit The Earth asks. Based on the comic book Zombies vs. Robots and produced by Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes, the film pits automatons against cadavers for the survival of the last girl on earth.
The Internet is abuzz with criticism for this project which seems unjust. After all, all roads have been leading to this. Amongst the Jane Austen remixes, historical action heroes, and board game adaptations, this actually seems like a fresh idea. Rather than complain, just get to work on a Vampires vs. Robots spec script before Alan Goldsher beats you to it. (Deadline)
