Daniel Radcliffe To Star As Non-Magical ‘Amateur Photographer’

Daniel Radcliffe is going full-on, boring old muggle in one of his new post-Harry Potter roles. This new project doesn’t sound nearly as crazy as the thing he did where he got naked with a horse. Child actors, am I right? Always doing something nutty.

Anyway, Radcliffe’s set to star in The Amateur Photographer, a new movie by writer/director Christopher Monger. He’s best know for the movie with the following extremely long title: The Englishman Who Went Up A Hill And Came Down A Mountain. In the film, Radcliffe’s character is a photographer – an amateur photographer, if you will – whose latest assignment is to document the private lives of New Englanders in the 1970s. Hopefully there’s a part where the child of a family receives an owl telegram, and Radcliffe throws the camera at the ground screaming, “why am I stuck in Harry Potter world forever?”

Speaking of which, you can see Radcliffe in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows Part Deux on July 15th. (ComingSoon)
