Upon realizing that he'd accidentally signed on to a horror film, Colin Firth has opted to leave Paddington, the family film that rendered the adorable bear in the creepiest of manners. “After a period of denial, we’ve chosen ‘conscious uncoupling," says Firth in a statement. The film already has a November 28th release date so now it's a matter of finding another recognizable British guy to loan his voice and they've already got the dad from Downton Abbey in this thing. There'll also need and actor who doesn't mind scaring kids. Someone get Bill Nighy on the phone right now. (EW)
