Oh, those wild Coen brothers. Just when you think they're going to zig, they zag. So maybe a zag when a zig is expected could actually be called a zig at this point, meaning if they really wanted to surprise us, they'd zig. Uh, anyway, their next project is going to involve music in some way - here's Joel on the project, last night at the opening of the new Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center:
"We’re working on a movie now that has music in it but it’s pretty much all performed live, single instrument."

The brothers did mention that it's not being written for any of their usual "stock players," which as you'll recall was also the case with A Serious Man, which had few if any of their recurring players in it.
