Remember how terrible we felt a few months ago when some assholes blew up a bunch of spectators at the Boston Marathon? Well, in the wake of the nonstop TV coverage, we will now be getting a movie. One that any one of us who had a newsfeed over that week could probably write ourselves, if only because it's so fresh in our brains.

The film will be based on a book that hasn't been published, because apparently the public's thirst for revisiting this recent tragedy transcends just one type of media.

The script will be finished in a few months, which would be some cause for concern if this wasn't Hollywood, where scripts are always amazing, and tackle tragedies in a muted and even-handed fashion.
