So I wonder what your demographic might be ? Perhaps you are aged between eighty and one hundred and working from a senior citizen's residence ? Anyway, thank you for keeping all people “in the know” with the “the young ones” like me. I've been an Alex Pettyfer fan for quite some time (and of course could give you trivia by the boatload). Though I have to admit that most of his fans might be teenage girls, Alex Pettyfer also does have other fans. I, for example, have been born in 1956 and had my 55th birthday a few weeks ago. And about bad choices for movies, I think you might be mixing up Alex Pettyfer with Zac Efron, who in my eyes didn't make the best choices lately since he is being coached by Leonardo DiCaprio. One thing where I totally agree with your article is that Alex Pettyfer's fame will fade one day (like before the fame of many other actors like Myrna Loy, William Powell, Sidney Toller, Lee Marvin, James Stewart etc.). In Alex Pettyfer's case I'd guess that will happen between the years 2060 and 2080, which means your website has really anticipatory articles. I asked some of the people who gave those comments, and they either have seen none of his movies or one at most. I have got all movies with him ever released on DVD, and they are all great. I think he's a great actor. And I think the same applies with the the people who make bad comments on “I Am Number Four” and “The Mortal Instruments”: They probably never have read the books !!!! I have read IANF and all three “Mortal Instruments” books, and since I liked those very much, I read all of them several times and of course made advance orders for the books due to be released this year, the second book of the “Lorien Legacies”, which should be released in July/August and the fourth book of “The Mortal Instruments” due to be released in early April. Can anybody please tell me what might be “completely awful” in the concepts of the books / movies ? And about the movies, Alex Pettyfer chose: I think “Tom Brown's Schooldays”, “Stormbreaker”, “Wild Child”, “Tormented”, “Beastly”, “I Am Number Four” and, if it will be confirmed, “City of Bones” were all very perfect choices. Great stories and, as far as released, a very passionate Alex Pettyfer, who impersonated his characters very perfectly. A choice I'm not sure is “Now”. But we'll see whether this was a good choice next fall when this movie will be released (US: October 28th, 2011). And I also will wait until "Shunt" is released before I make up my mind on that (since I've to admit I didn't read the book). I think Alex Pettyfer will impersonate James Hunt perfectly, however I'm not sure that a BioPic can be as interesting as a fictional story.
