J.J. Abrams has taken his outside-the-box approach to Star Wars so far that he ended up in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, figured that while he was there, he might as well steal Adam Driver from the Girls set. Driver is in advanced talks to play the villain for the seventh installment of the series, though no one really knows what that means because in typically Abrams-esque fashion, the film's plot is being kept under wraps.

Adam Driver has done a fine job for himself carving out his melodramatic character amidst a lot of other melodramatic characters on Girls, so he should be in good position to run with another melodramatic character, likely shirtless and ignoring emotions, in Star Wars.

Lena Dunham would have made for a more likely villain, though.
