This year, the Razzies will announce their dishonorable nominees on Oscars' eve, February 25th, 2012. Because we hate waiting, we went ahead and put together our list of who we think the nominees will be. Bear in mind, the Razzies take terrible films very seriously and their nominees are determined by more than 725 film professionals, film journalists and film fans from around the U.S. and 15 foreign countries. And I'm just one man. One man who really hated Joe Wright's Hanna.

That said, I don't envy the Razzie committee. There was just so much sh*t in theaters in 2011. And though I hate Hanna with a fiery passion, I just couldn't fit it into the categories where it really deserved to be publicly gutted. Here's my stab at who I think will be in contention for the Razzies' gold when the winners are announced on April Fools Day. We'll see how close I was come February 25th.

Worst Picture

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part One
The Green Lantern
Jack & Jill
Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star
Just Go With It

Should the above films be nominated for Worst Picture, it's going to be a tough race. Though I'd say the frontrunners are all in the Happy Madison camp. I could see Jack & Jill sweeping the entire ceremony, but Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star isn't to be discounted either. The porn parody received a 0% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes as well as 0% laughter from audiences.

Worst Actress

Paula Patton - Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
Natalie Portman - Thor
Adam Sandler - Jack & Jill
Julia Roberts - Larry Crowne
Sarah Jessica Parker - I Don't Know How She Does It

Though all of the ladies above were exceptionally terrible in these roles, Jack & Jill needs to be made an example of. We can't just allow movies this bad to keep happening. We need to send a message to all of the Tyler Perrys and Big Mommas and whatever Rob Schneider is cooking up next.

Worst Actor

Ryan Reynolds - The Green Lantern, The Change-Up
Nicolas Cage - Season of the Witch, Drive Angry 3D
Ashton Kutcher - No Strings Attached, New Year's Eve
Adam Sandler - Just Go With It, Jack & Jill
Kevin James - Zookeeper

Again, this is likely to be Adam Sandler's year to sweep. And thanks to his dual role in Jack & Jill he could also take Worst Actress. Perennial nominee Nicolas Cage will have to try harder to suck more next year if he really wants the statue.

Worst Supporting Actor

Cam Gigandet - The Roommate, Priest
Martin Wuttke - Hanna
Dan Fogler - Take Me Home Tonight, Mars Needs Moms
Al Pacino - Jack & Jill
Common - Happy Feet Two

I just can't imagine this award not going to Dan Fogler. He's consistently the worst part of everything and the Golden Raspberry belongs next to his Tony.

Worst Supporting Actress

Mary-Kate Olsen - Beastly
Michelle Rodriguez - Battle: Los Angeles
Katy Perry - The Smurfs
Naomi Watts - Dream House
January Jones - X-Men: First Class

January Jones. Hands down. It's an insult to even consider the other nominees.

Worst Director

Ron Howard - The Dilemma
Dennis Dugan - Just Go With It
John Chu - Justin Bieber: Never Say Never
Zack Snyder - Sucker Punch
Michael Bay - Transformers: Dark of the Moon

There's really only two horses in this race and their names are Zack Snyder and Michael Bay. I'm leaning toward Snyder for the win though I believe Bay is more deserving.

Worst Screenplay

Season of the Witch
Hall Pass
Mars Needs Moms
Larry Crowne
Shark Night 3D

Season of the Witch was so bad that not only did I have to turn it off within the first ten minutes, but I also contemplated canceling Netflix for carrying it. Despite that fact, the big winner here has got to be Larry Crowne. It's got the highest profile and the weakest chemistry between its stars. The nominees aren't even in yet but I'm betting this statue is already engraved.

Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off, or Sequel

Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son
Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Don't Be Afraid of the Dark

This is a very tough category. I want to say that Russell Brand's limp remake of Arthur will walk away victorious, but then I'd have to acknowledge Russell Brand's remake of Arthur.
