Whenever you watch an amazing movie, there is one scene that you remember forever no matter what. Even if the movie was just alright, you end up giving it an A+ because of that one scene that made you sit on the edge of your seat and question the movie and yourself. Read further below to see which movies were put on the map by their epic scenes. Spoiler alert– we will give away the endings of some movies!

"Fight Club"

So we're sure that "Fight Club" didn't leave you bored for a minute. The movie is altogether very entertaining and memorable. But the scene that really clicks with us is the ending. You know that part when your eyes popped out of your head when you realized that Tyler Durden was in Edward Norton's head all along? Well, right after that Edward Norton goes to see Marla in a sky rise. He starts talking to her, then all of the buildings around them start to collapse, as the Pixies' song, "Where is My Mind?" starts to play. He ends the end by holding her hand and saying, "You met me at a very strange time in my life"– truly unforgettable.

"The Godfather"

When the Corleones tell you they'll make you an offer you can't refuse, they actually mean they'll chop off your beloved horse's head and put it at your feet in your bed. In the iconic film, "The Godfather," the Corleone family isn't one you should ever mess with. After a business deal takes a wrong turn, they take revenge by killing a race horse. This scene is epic because the actor did not know that there would be an actual horse head in the scene, so his scream is completely real.

"Titanic"

Amidst all the chaos ensuing when the Titanic is sinking, the band on board is playing their last song together. As all the band members start to walk away, one stays behind and plays "Nearer my God to Thee," inspiring the others to stay behind too. As the song plays out, we are taken to the Captain's chambers, where he has decided to go down with his ship. Then we are taken to a mother who is tucking her children into bed, fully aware that they have no chance to live. This haunting and beautiful scene is truly one of the most epic scenes in history.

"

"Say hello to my little friend!" Who doesn't know this line. Finally when Tony Montana (Al Pacino) goes head to head with a gangster in a mansion in Miami, he pulls out the big guns and starts shooting away. What makes this scene so epic is that when Tony Montana gets shot himself, he doesn't stop. He starts screaming profanities, yelling that they'd have to bring an army to bring him down, and continues shooting. When he drops his gun, they keep shooting, while Montana keeps screaming "Is that all you got?"

"Lord of the Rings- The Return of the King"

All three of the "Lord of the Rings" movies were amazing with breathtaking cinematography and dialog. However, one scene that stood out in the three movies, was the epic battle scene in the end of the last movie, "The Return of the King." This is the final battle between good and evil. The orcs vastly outnumber the good and they kill many of them. However, when they see that the good side is not backing down and galloping towards them on their horses, they start to panic. When we finally see the look of fear on their hideous faces, we know that the tides are definitely changing.
