Banksy nails nearly every tenet of a villain.  He’s English (the accent, obviously), he’s elusive, and he makes a living as an image of anti-establishment.  No one knows who in the hell he is, and he continues to stay in the limelight year after year spray painting public areas with random pieces of his art.  If he’s able to last this long unidentified, he can get away with pretty much anything.
