"Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” For Harry Potter fans, the chance to watch a new movie trailer is almost worth the price of a ticket to the theater. This time Harry, Ron and Hermione must discover the identity of the mysterious Half-Blood Prince and save Hogwarts once again.
"X-Men Origins: Wolverine" Attempting to find some semblance of a normal life after 200 years of strife, Logan wants nothing more than to settle down with his beautiful girlfriend. Her murder, however, pits Logan against his own brother and the malevolent Colonel Stryker.
"Star Trek" This film features a slick, modern take on James T. Kirk, Mr. Spock, Bones and the rest of the Enterprise crew. Far from tampering with a classic, director J.J. Abrams portrays these characters they way they should have been played over 40 years ago.
"Terminator Salvation" The classic movie franchise that began with in 1984 with Arnold Schwarzenegger stalking Linda Hamilton to prevent the birth of humanity's savior continues in this tale of man versus machine in a post-apocalyptic future. While it is disappointing that Schwarzenegger does not star in this film, viewers are compensated some great CGI effects.
"A Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian" Ben Stiller reprises his role as a museum security guard who watches over exhibits that come to life at night. This time, the movie's action takes place in the Smithsonian and features the lovely Amy Adams as Amelia Earhart.
"The Hurt Locker" This action thriller follows a group of American soldiers in Iraq as they face the horrors of urban combat. Suspenseful and well written, the film garnered Kathryn Bigelow the Academy Award for Best Director and secured a place for itself on this list of the best movie trailers of 2005.
"District 9" Sharlto Copley is magnificent South African movie about aliens stranded on Earth forced to live in a ghetto-like setting. Known as "bugs," the aliens struggle to survive mankind's brutal treatment as they find a way to leave the planet.
