French I think, when 2 girls go to the country with one of the girls parents. They are killed by a man in an old pickup truck. The first scene of the killer is him receiving a bj from a decapitated woman head. One girl hides from the killer and tries to help the other. Don't want to spoil the ending but it was crazy.
