  1. “Titanic” By far one of the most romantic movie moments ever occurs in “Titanic.” As the working class Leonardo DiCaprio and the privileged Kate Winslet fall hopelessly in love, Leo takes her to the front of the ship and asks, “Do you trust me?” When she opens her eyes, it’s as if she’s flying and their true love is revealed in this romantic moment.
  2. “Grease” The best romantic moment in this movie comes when Olivia Newton-John comes over to the wild side and meets John Travolta at the school carnival. The song that follows declares their long and solidifies their future together.
  3. “Pretty Woman” This is the classic romantic movie about a prostitute and businessman, played by Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, who fall hopelessly in love. The romantic movie moment comes the first time they are intimate with each other off the clock, where Julia Roberts kisses Richard on the mouth, which she has previously professed to never do.
  4.  “Moulin Rouge” The bittersweet tale of “Moulin Rouge” stars Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor. Their most romantic moment comes when he sings her a cover of “Your Song” by Elton John to express how he feels about his new love. The song features romantic lyrics like “I hope you don’t mind that I put down in words/ How wonderful life is while you’re in the world.”
  5.  “Love Actually” This eclectic mix of love stories features countless romantic movie moments. However, none top the reunion of Jamie and Aurelia, played by Colin Firth and Lucia Moniz. In this scene, the audience learns that both characters have learned each other’s languages while separated just in case their paths should cross again, and one of the most romantic marriage proposals of all time ensues.  
  6. “50 First Dates” A Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler movie, the story revolves around Henry and Lucy who fall in love, only Lucy has short term memory loss and will soon forget all about Henry. The most romantic moment of the movie comes when Henry enters her studio only to find that she has been painting pictures of him. Their love is so deep that he has bee buried into her subconscious mind.
  7. “There’s Something About Mary” This mishap romantic movie filled with missed opportunities and morally ambiguous activity, Ted, played by Ben Stiller, goes on a quest to find his high school dream girl, Mary, played by Cameron Diaz. In the end, she has several suitors to choose from, including Brett Favre, but she chooses Ted, declaring “I’d be happiest with you!”
  8.  “The Wedding Singer” Another Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler classic, this romantic movie is set in the ‘80s. Julia is all set to marry a rich playboy when she meets Robbie, a struggling wedding singer who has a dream of being a songwriter. When Robbie goes after Julia to stop her Vegas wedding, he sings her a song about the two of them growing old together, which is Julia’s idea of the “right one.”
  9. “Sixteen Candles” In this teen romance, Molly Ringwald struggles with her identity during those awkward teen years. In the climax of the movie, she finally gets what she’s wanted all along, an intimate birthday party and romantic kiss from her ultimate heartthrob, Jake, played by Michael Schoeffling.
  10. “Can’t Hardly Wait” Another teen movie that’s not short on romantic moments or comedy. Ethan Embry relentlessly searches for what he believes to be his true love, played by Jennifer Love Hewitt. He has written her a letter with all his intimate feelings. When she accidentally stumbles upon it, she hurries to catch him at the train station, and they share a long-awaited kiss.
