10 Funniest Movie Death Scenes

The 10 funniest movie death scenes range from the last three decades. There are a few hilarious death scenes in movies that will have you laughing uncontrollably. The following are the funniest death scenes:

  1. “Shark Attack 3” A shark is disturbed by electrodes coming from cables on the ocean floor. Ben Carpenter (John Barrowman) is a security guard investigating what is going on with the shark attacks. The funniest death scene in this movie is when the man puts on his life jacket to dive into the water, but lands in the shark’s mouth.
  2. “Enter The Ninja” Cole (Fran Nero) just finished his Ninjutsu training when he goes to visit an old friend, Frank Landers (Alex Courtney), who is being strong-armed into selling his land to as Charles Venarius (Christopher George). The funniest death scene is when Cole throws a star at Charles, striking him in the chest. Venarius shrugs his shoulders with a blank look on his face as he dies.
  3. “Undefeatable” Kristi Jones (Cynthia Rothrock) avenges her sister’s death. Stingray (Don Niam) in fighting with Kristi and Nick DiMarco (John Miller) when he is killed. Stingray’s death is ironic because he dies by his eye being gouged out by a meat hook.
  4. “Big Trouble In Little China” Jack Burton (Kurt Russell) is a truck driver who is helping a friend, Wang Chi (Dennis Dun), rescue his girlfriend Miao Yin (Suzee Pai) who was taken by an ancient sorcerer Lo Pan (James Hong). Pan has a funny death scene when he is struck in the forehead with the knife that Jack throws at him and as he is dying, he has a startled look on his face.
  5. “Silent Night, Deadly Night” Billy (Robert Brian Wilson) sees his father and mother murdered by a man in a Santa suit and loses his mind seeing the murders. The scene where the neighbor is taking his trash out and Billy walks over and shoots him because it is not trash day is hilarious.
  6. “Troll 2” Joshua Waits (Michael Stephenson) is going on a family vacation to a town called Nilbog. This in the town is where the vegetarian goblins live who enjoy turning humans into vegetables before they eat them. The scene where Joshua is watching the goblins eat someone who has been turned into a vegetable is the funniest death scene.
  7. “Kill Bill” Copperhead (Vivica A. Fox) and Black Mamba (Uma Thurman) are fighting to the death in Copperhead’s house. As the fight escalates, Black Mamba throws a knife at Copperhead, striking her in the chest and killing her instantly.
  8. “The Bourne Identity” Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is in a shootout with the Professor (Clive Owen) where he has been shot several times by Bourne’s shotgun. As the Professor is answering Bourne’s questions, he stops talking all of a sudden and gently lies down on the ground to die.
  9. “The Crazies” The water is contaminated in a small town in Iowa, causing the people to go crazy. As sheriff David Dutton (Timothy Olyphant) is trying to get his wife and deputy Russell Clank (Joe Anderson) out of town, the deputy becomes contaminated with the virus. In order to save Dutton and his wife, Clank decides to distract the officers who are out to kill them by getting himself gunned down.
  10.  “The Usual Suspects” A massacre occurred on a ship, leaving only two eyewitnesses. Arkosh Kovash (Morgan Hunter), though on his deathbed, is the only survivor willing to tell the police the killer’s identity. The funniest scene in the movie is when Kovash yells the killer's name just before he takes his last breath.

    Re: Shark Attack 2 – John Barrowman’s character Ben Carpenter did not die in the movie. He was not the one that dove into a shark’s mouth. He’s actually the one that saved the day and killed the shark at the end.
