comedic actors. There were the big name stars that headlined of course, but the "Yes Man" cast was also helmed by plenty of character or backup actors and actresses that made the movie all the better. Released in 2008, "Yes Man" was given generally favorable reviews such as the popular movie site "Internet Movie Database." The "Yes Man" cast certainly came together in a way that made the movie popular enough to make IMDB's top 5,000 movies of all time.
Zooey Deschanel – Deschanel plays Carrey's love interest, Allison. Allison helps Carl explore all the things there are to say yes to in his new way of life as she was also a member of the support group he attended. Deschannel has appeared in 45 different movies or television shows and has a famous actress as a sister in Emily Deschanel.
Bradley Cooper – Cooper appeared as a member of the "Yes Man" cast before he was really the huge Hollywood star he is today. After serving as a member of the "Yes Man" cast he went on to star as the lead actor in movies such as "All About Steve" and "Limitless." Cooper is now one of the better known lead roles in Hollywood, but he was simply more of a support actor in this role.
John Michael Higgins – Higgins lends his ample talents in character acting to the "Yes Man" cast as the inspirational speaker who first sets Carrey's character down the path of always saying yes. Higgins has appeared in over 80 movies and television shows and while he is usually part of the supporting cast, he knows how to make an impression with his portrayals.
Terence Stamp – Stamp has had a long history of supporting roles in which he brings gravity to his characters, even if those characters are in comedic roles. As a member of the "Yes Man" cast, Stamp plays Carrey's boss but he is probably best known to American audiences as Zod in the "Superman" movie.
