Baby Mama Quotes

"Baby Mama" quotes never get old because comedy queens Tina Fey and Amy Poehler bring us plenty of quote-worthy lines in their hit flick. Here are the top seven lines, in no particular order:

  1. "Congratulations, Kate. I want to reward you with five minutes of uninterrupted eye contact." Barry delivers this line to Kate when she's successful at findig a location to build at. Substitute Kate’s name for any person you want to make feel really uncomfortable.
  2. "Can I just spray a little PAM down there right before the baby comes out?" Angie asks this not so elegant question during one of her birthing classes. Share this anecdote with any woman due to give birth soon. If you are her friend, she will likely find it hysterical. If you are the man who impregnated her, she probably won’t think its funny at all. Consider that your warning.
  3. "I'm going to bang all your friends. Consider them banged!" Carl screams this as he drives away from Angie when she dumps him. May this be your parting line the next time you find yourself in a nasty breakup.
  4. "B****, I don’t know your life." Angie spits this out at Kate in the middle of an argument. This line can be used in so many scenarios. Even those who have not seen the movie will laugh at this out of nowhere phrase.
  5. "He never officially asked me to be his wife but he never asked me to not be his wife either, so things are going pretty good." Angie gives this very unclear answer to the simple question of how she and Carl are. Relationship talk can be uncomfortable, especially when you’re not exactly sure what to call your relationship. Use this comedic line to answer the question without actually answering the question.
  6. "I want a common law divorce." Angie demands a divorce from Carl. When she realizes she is not actually married to him, she demands a common law divorce instead. We all say stupid things. May this be the stupid thing you say.
  7. "She's havin' a baby, you're payin' the bills. That's a baby mama. Ask any black man in Philadelphia." Oscar takes the complex idea of Kate hiring Angie to carry Kate's egg and a donated sperm in Angie's womb, and simplifies it to street langauge. This line can make a great conversation starter. Start a lively debate about “baby mamas” or take the opportunity to crack horrible inappropriate jokes. Your call.
