  4. "As Good As It Gets." This romance comedy movie from 1997 is a smart, funny movie. This movie stars Helen Hunt, Jack Nicholson, and Greg Kinnear. A socially awkward man pursues the waitress where he eats. A gay man is thrown into the mix with hilarious and moving effect.
  5. "My Best Friend's Wedding." Another romantic comedy from 1997 is "My Best Friend's Wedding." Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz, and Dermot Mulroney star in this fast-paced comedy. When a woman wants to tell her best friend she loves him, her timing couldn't be worse.

When she saves his life, she in taken in by his family while he's in a coma.
  8. "You've Got Mail." Once again, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan teamed up to make a comedy romance movie. This 1998 movie has so very funny moments, notably the elevator scene with Tom Hanks and Parker Posey's characters. This Internet love story is fun to watch.
  9. "Notting Hill." Set in London, "Notting Hill" has some very funny moments. This 1999 comedy romance movie starred Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant. She's an actress, he's a bookstore owner. They meet, click, she goes away, and away the story goes.
  10. "Must Love Dogs." This 2005 romance comedy is hilarious in places. Diane Lane and John Cusack star. They meet but don't pursue the relationship right off the bat. Thrown in the mix is her father who dates several women at the same time and dates for both of them that are nightmares.
