"Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles" This Oscar-nominated movie stars Kristen Dunst as Claudia, a young girl who gets turned into a vampire. Released in 1994, the movie stars Brad Pitt as tormented vampire Louis and Tom Cruise as arrogant vampire named Lestat. During their quest through the world they come across orphaned Claudia and turn her into a vampire. Together, the three become a family until Claudia starts to resent she will never grow old. In this Kristen Dunst movie she made a big splash when during a scene Brad Pitt's character lightly kisses Claudia.
"Bring It On" American actress Kristen Dunst plays Torrance Shipman, high school cheerleader with an attitude. Torrance takes over as head cheerleader and soon realizes the previous captain was stealing routines from another squad. She is determined to play it straight and lead her cheerleading squad to another national win. Torrance has a lot going against her, but she still pulls through to try and beat out an inner-city school for the title. The game unleashes animals and a man named Alan who's been trapped inside the game for 26 years. It is up to Judy, Peter and Andy to finish the game to get their world back in order before anyone finds out what is happening. This Kristen Dunst movie was one of her first leading roles in a major motion picture.
"Elizabethtown" In this 2005 Kristen Dunst movie, she plays a flight attendant named Claire. The movie is about a down on his luck guy named Drew who gets the call his father died. While on the flight home he meets Claire and the two start up a friendship. It quickly turns romantic and Claire opens his eyes to a whole new world. Her free spirit and carefree attitude rubs off on Drew's uptight and depressive manner.
