A good Harrison Ford movies list is one that spans many different decades and covers some of the most popular movies ever made. Soon he was one of the biggest leading men in the world, a bonafide movie star through the decades of the 1980's and 1990's. There are some movies that are forgettable so only the essential ones have been included in this Harrison Ford movie list.

  1. "American Graffiti." A modern classic about kids coming of age in the 1950's had a supporting role for Harrison Ford as Bob Falfa, who was a hot rod driving badass. This memorable performance helped to take Harrison Ford to the next level and is essential to any Harrison Ford movie list.

  2. "Star Wars: Episodes IV, V, VI." Arguably the biggest role Harrison Ford ever played was Hans Solo in arguably the most popular movie franchise of all time, "Star Wars." Harrison Ford has been the star of all four "Indiana Jones" movies, which have been made in the 80's, 90's and most recently in the 2000's. These are also quintessential to any Harrison Ford movie list.

These movies included "Clear and Present Danger" and "Patriot Games." These big budget Hollywood movies are also important to include on any Harrison Ford movies list.

  5. "The Fugitive." A movie version of the popular television series from decades before starred Harrison Ford as Dr. Richard Kimble, a man who has been falsely accused of killing his wife. He escapes from jail and goes on the run to try and prove his innocence. This movie was incredibly popular when it came out, becoming a modern-day Hollywood classic.
