Quentin Tarantino Quentin Tarantino shows creativity in his work and is widely known for his action-packed films. Tarantino made his first directional debut with the 1992 independent movie "Reservoir Dogs." Following the success of the movie, he began writing the screenplay for 1994's "Pulp Fiction," which eventually became a groundbreaking hit. After "Pulp Fiction" Tarantino proved to be one of the best movie directors of the '90s, directing movies like “Jackie Brown,” “Kill Bill” and “Inglourious Basterds."
Spike Lee Spike Lee's directorial abilities receive constant praise, notably for his racial/social-conscious films like Malcolm X,” “Jungle Fever” and “He Got Game.” Outside of his career as a movie director, Lee directed numerous of music videos for Michael Jackson, Anita Baker and the rap group Public Enemy.
