If you replaced him in Superbad or Nick and Nora or even Scott Pigram v. The world with any of the actors listed, even ones you listed, you wouldn't have had nearly as much fun as they do with Micheal in the lead. He's worked with some fantastic comedians and is has shown diversity in his roles, and yeah he chooses good roles... that's part of being a good actor. Dakota Fanning should be number 1.
