I think that they are hilarious - they are a cool couple who obviously have a sense of humour and are willing to share that! The photos really made me laugh and will keep an eye out for more of the same from them!!!!

this is great, the funniest part of this for me is that this couple carries the helmets around looking for these opportunities. personally, every time i see someone in a stormtrooper helmet it brightens my day

this might look like a gag or a fan statement. but surely, if they are that committed to take so many shots of it and went through the trouble to set the shots up in such a way that the people around them are oblivious, it must look like more than just plain fun. and i think longshank's title gives us a hint at what this might mean. what do you mean when you call someone a "storm trooper"? or a "foot-soldier" (alluding towards the ninja turtles' purple ninja guys)? or the "putty patrol" from power rangers"? The nameless, facelss enemy who works only in a mob without a mind of their own. The negation of individuality. but here we have, not one but two storm troopers going through the drags of life's little episodes and their loving intimate moments striped from its usual cold white armour of a day job changing shifts to hold princess leia in captivity or something. i would like to think they have names. red? jonny? thank you. i was touched when i saw these. Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me made a similar statement: whenever Myers karate chopped some guy's neck or kills someone in the line of duty, the fallen guy's family member would receive a grieving phone call. so why make a fuss out of all this, you say? cos storm troopers are just like us. and they have names (not a set of numbers), it could be William James, Muhammad Mahdi Kadhr, Anthony "Swoff" Swofford, Rashid Ali Hasan, i'm wondering if anyone could fire another shot in iraq if everyone knew each other on a first name basis.

wow, that one photo of the couple (beneath the bedroom photo) is a great reference to Eyes Wide Shut. Has that feel, sorta.
