Here comes Round 2 of Michael Bay and The Bracket of Boom. We’ve tabulated your votes from Round 1 and emerged with a new set of combustible contenders. 

MATCHUP #1

PREVIOUS ROUND:

Transformers (59.8%) defeats Pearl Harbor (40.2%)

Bad Boys II (66.3%) defeats Bad Boys (33.7%)

OUTLOOK:

In a move of pure explosive irony, Transformers snuck up and wiped out Pearl Harbor. When it’s bus versus battleship something has to go down, and the ground transportation won it. As far as the status symbols in the Bad Boys movies, a Miami mansion surrounded by palm trees simply looks better exploding than a boring old jumbo jet. But now that it’s bus against bungalow which will emerge victorious?

PREVIOUS ROUND:

The Rock (64.7%) defeats Transformers 2 (35.3%)

Armageddon (76.8%) defeats The Island (23.2%)

OUTLOOK:

The Island and Transformers 2 were blown to metaphorical smithereens by a wily asteroid and a misfired missile. Now the rock from the movie about astronaut oil riggers faces off with a projectile from a movie about a prison called The Rock. Confused? Don’t be. Just vote for your favorite BOOM!
