Yeah, because he's typecast and doesn't have many serious roles. That's the point of the list. Same for Adam Sandler. Those titles (Punch-Drunk Love, Eternal Sunshine) are even listed in the actual entries. Did you even read the post?
In the very beginning, we clarified that this list was good actors who have been typecast. If they're good, then by definition they've done a bit of a variety, but Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler are both very clearly typecast- more than 60% of the roles they get are similar to each other. Maybe you're operating under a different defnition of typecast than we are....:-)
