'I LOVE YOU, MAN' EXCLUSIVE DVD CLIP: BEHIND THE VOMIT

I LOVE YOU, MAN - Behind the Vomit - Watch more Funny VideosEarlier this year, we put together a list of classic vomit scenes from film, prompted by the now infamous scene of Paul Rudd spackling his innards all over Jon Favreau.  The clip's taken its place in the pantheon of puke of film, and we've now probably watched the scene over a dozen times, because it's just so damn convincing.   And we were never quite sure just how the director John Hamburg pulled it off so convincingly... until now.The exclusive DVD clip - which appears on the upcoming I LOVE YOU, MAN DVD & Blu-Ray - above gives us an all-access glimpse behind the vomit.  The amount of work that went into making this happen sort of blew our minds.  It's like watching Peter Jackson constructing an FX shot from LORD OF THE RINGS, only instead of Elijah Wood waxing poetic about boysenberries with Sir Ian McKellan or whatever they talked about, you have ANCHORMAN's Brian Fantana projectile vomiting Campbell's Chunky Minestrone all over the director of the IRON MAN movies.  I LOVE YOU, MAN starring Paul Rudd, Jason Segel and Rashida Jones arrives on DVD & Blu-Ray Tuesday, August 11th, 2009. I LOVE YOU, RASHIDA JONES

If you've opened your eyes or unplugged your ears over the last couple of weeks, you'll remember that I Love You, Man opens tomorrow.  All the posters have been celebrating the "bromance" between Paul Rudd and Jason Segel, and have been shunning Rashida Jones, who plays Rudd's fiancée, Zooey, in the film.  This is a travesty, but we are here to remind you of how great Rashida Jones is. You may remember her from The Office as Karen Filipelli, Jim's O.G. (that's original girlfriend, thank you.)  She'll also be appearing in NBC's upcoming Amy Poehler, Aziz Ansari-starring Parks & Recreation.  And she went to Harvard.  So she can beat you at chess.  Check out some photos of Rashida and a clip from her appearance on the brilliant online series, Wainy Days, after the jump. Either Vanity Fair's standards have gone way down, or it's almost time for April's issue dedicated to "Comedy's New Legends" to hit the shelves.  This above image of Paul Rudd getting intimate with Jonah Hill, Jason Segal and Seth Rogan apes the now legendary VF photo of Tom Ford, Keira Knightley and Scarlett Johansson cover shot (marvel at it, plus bonus shots from April's issue after the jump).  More...

I've heard good things about this flick from a friend who worked on it. It's tested really high in screenings. And it does raise an important issue. At a certain point in life, the time for dudes to make friends with new dudes is basically over. Let's call that point Age 26. By then you either have a group of bro's that you're pretty set on, or you're so involved with a girl that your balls will slowly slide back up into your abdomen where they started from when you were born.  More...
