You might recognize actress Michelle Lombardo from her appearances on a couple of early “Entourage” episodes. Lombardo’s resume is comprised mostly of small roles and guest appearances, though she also had a starring role in the web series “Quarterlife,” which aired on NBC for a short time. Now set to appear alongside Paz Vega in Cat Run, out this week, Lombado is likely to turn a few heads if the film roles keep coming in.
